PARTNER COLLECTIVE INVESTS IN UK SME’s. OUR LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP CAPITAL APPROACH CREATES AN ALIGNMENT OF INTEREST WITH FELLOW ENTREPRENEURS.
Our mission is to be the most aligned investors to our business partners, partners are typically at a £3m to £15m existing revenue stage, displaying consistent growth and solid management teams looking for capital to expand their businesses.
Partner Collective invests in the B2B sector, mainly SME business services, SME lending and niche manufacturing businesses where a majority/significant minority stake is available. The business should be located within the UK, typically in the Midlands and South of England.
Our focus is on ‘buy & build’ strategies, thereby supporting partner companies to grow both organically and through acquisitions.
At Partner Collective we have started many of our own companies. We are entrepreneurs with a patient long-term approach who don’t need to keep a constant eye on the exit clock.
We love building stuff. We aren’t investors who sit in an ivory tower analysing spreadsheets. We’ve lived through start-ups and having created our own businesses we have tremendous respect and empathy for our business partners. We believe that traditional private equity is not structured in a way that best aligns with business partners.
We invest in your company because we think you’re building something important. We’re conviction driven and avoid protracted decision-making and unnecessary diligence. We have the same incentives as our partners to increase the value of the company. Collective Support, running a company can be tough and lonely. We’ve been there. That’s why we go to such great lengths to make sure partners and CEOs in our portfolio can interact and learn from each other. With many exceptional partners over the years, the thing we love the most is our partner community, and the willingness of our partners to help each other. Think of it as having the collective support of some of the best partners. We’re trying hard to create at Partner Collective an investment partnership we wished existed when we each built our first business.
